Changing Tracks

Changing Tracks Disability Support Service creates opportunities for people with disability to connect, explore and thrive alongside their families, friends and carers. Based in Geelong, the organisation delivers group-based support services for adults and school leavers transitioning into adult services, with a strong focus on community engagement, independence and personal development.

I worked with Changing Tracks to refresh their brand identity and digital presence, ensuring a more cohesive and contemporary representation of their services.

Changing Tracks

The project involved developing a refreshed visual identity system that included a new logo, typography system and colour palette. The aim was to create a more modern and approachable identity that better reflects the organisation’s community-focused and supportive ethos.

The visual direction was designed to improve consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining clarity and accessibility for a diverse audience, including participants, families and carers.

Alongside the identity work, I led the redesign and rebuild of the website, migrating the platform from WordPress to Squarespace. The new structure prioritises usability and clear information hierarchy, making it easier for users to navigate services, programs and key information.

The final outcome is a unified brand and digital system that strengthens Changing Tracks’ presence and supports their ongoing growth within the disability support sector.
